Mini Pavlova

My sister and I are so into simple baking. So we decided to bake this gorgeous pavlova. Again we use the site of www.joyofbaking as guidance. It was so easy and everybody in the family loved the meringue cake together with the whipped cream and fresh fruit. I am so making this again.

The ingredients
Separate white eggs and yolks
In a mixer, beat 3/4 cups castor sugar and 4 egg whites
Add vanilla, vinegar and cornstarch. Beat until no sugar texture left.
Drop on the baking pan, and make well in the center
Bake for 60 minutes or until done
Let cool. The meringue can be kept in the air tight container for at least 1 week.
Prepare fruits and whipping cream
Meringue, cream and fruits on top. Done !
